The first health project of BQF Begum Noor Memorial Hospital, a 200 bedded hospital focusing on the mother and child care, emergency & trauma, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, treatment and prevention of infectious diseases with all-purpose general medical and surgical services. Procurement of land is complete for the first phase on which a well planned hospital meeting all health care standards of space, functions, materials and environment has been designed. The hospital will be built in stages.

DISEAS PREVENTION - MAJOR EMPHASIS

Proper Antenatal and Prenatal care to be provided to expectant mother
aided by a comprehensive health care education program.

Preventive Health Care will be emphasized through community rograms and continued education programs specially in case of maternity and child health, communicable or epidemic diseases, hereditary diseases, diabetes etc..

 

TERTIARY CARE

BQF will have active two way cooperation and support from leading hospitals in the country in the form of inviting consultants for weekly/bi-weekly clinics and workshops and referring its patients to tertiary care hospitals for treatment

HOSPITAL SERVICES POLICY

Our aim is to provide treatment to any patient who walks in not withstanding his/her ability to pay. In keeping this vision Begum Noor Memorial Hospital will provide free/subsidized treatment to the deserving patients. Patients with ability to pay will be charged in full for the services he/she would avail.
 

SOCIO ECONOMIC SURVEY

Bin Qutab Foundation will have its own data base. For this purpose we have planned to have a Socio Economic Survey of the surrounding district/areas at an average of 100 Kilometer Radius of Begum Noor Memorial Hospital. This survey will capture all the information related to Health, Water and Sanitation, Education, Skills Development, Jobs/SME Business Support programme and Environment Protection Initiatives. This will cover an approximate 5.6 Million of Population of the Potohar Region.

Experienced and Trained Survey Teams would be supervised by Development Sector Professionals. The support from the local community would be provided by Community/Village Councils Members and Volunteers particularly Professors, Teachers and Student of Colleges and Schools within this region.
 

COMMUNITY/VILLAGE COUNCIL

These councils would be an integral part of the whole programme in Potohar Region. During the Socio Economic survey of the population, these councils would be formed with close cooperation of the local community elders.
